Proclamations
highlight important issues, charitable events, civic-minded individuals, or memorable occasions.

If you're interested in getting a proclamation or a letter of greeting, please fill out a proclamation request form and fax the information to (206) 684-5360; e-mail to Sharon.Thomas@Seattle.gov; or mail to P.O. Box 94749, Seattle, WA 98124-4749.

Attention: Requests for proclamations must be received 30 days prior to the date you need the material.

Please include the name of the person or organization being recognized and all necessary background information. Include the date to be proclaimed, when you need the proclamation, and the name, address and phone number of a contact person. Unless you specify, we'll mail the package to the contact person.
