Pay Tickets or Obtain Information

To pay parking tickets and traffic citations or to obtain specific ticket or case information such as; violation description and balance due, court locations and hours, how to schedule hearings, and collection agency information. You may do this online or call our 24 hour hotline at (206) 684-5600. To use the Court's online services choose from the following two options: Pay a Ticket or obtain Court Information. Users of this system to pay tickets are required to key in their case or citation number from the key pad of their touch tone phone or keyboard.

During the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday you may contact a Customer Service Representative by dialing (206) 684-5600 and choosing option "0", or through the use of our Customer Service Assistance online form.
