To deliberate and make recommendations on legislative matters relating to planning or adopting strategies and positions to be taken during the course of collective bargaining, professional negotiations, and grievance or mediation proceedings, and to reviewing proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings.
The substantive portion of Labor Policy Committee meetings are closed to the public in accordance with RCW 42.30.140(4)(b).
