Minority and Women-Owned Business is a business that is at least 51% owned by one or more minority women, and whose management and daily operations are controlled by one or more minority women.

Women-Owned Business is a business that is at least 51% owned by one or more women, and whose management and daily operations are controlled by one or more women.

Minority-Owned Business is a business that is at least 51% owned by one or more minority males, and whose management and daily operations are controlled by one or more minority males.

Combination-Owned Business is a business that is 50% owned and controlled by one or more minority men, and 50% owned and controlled by one or more non-minority women.
