Capitol Hill's Community Vision
The following links describe issues identified by the community during Phase I outreach efforts as being important to Capitol Hill's future. For each issue, a vision — or ideal image of Capitol Hill in the year 2014 — is defined. Prioritization of the community's objectives is followed by a review of Comp Plan targets, an assessment of current conditions, and a discussion of community and city goals.
